Today I spent the morning in a fair that I show at the end of the post and the evening doing a project based on an idea by Blandine Le Ptit Bucheron.
As if someone you fancy to, I have made a step by step. I hope that is clear. I wanted to do a video but:
1) I have no video camera
2) gives me a little shame Arguiñano get there type!
need:
a backdrop (I used flax) 9 X 45 cm.
plaid fabric 6 x 45 cm.
houses some buttons (I used those Le Ptit bucheron ) but it either and even if you have no buttons, you can make the application and embroidery house with the fence.

Baste the tree to the paper. I usually do well for small applications, I have tried other methods but my teacher taught me Guada well and I find myself more comfortable. You have to make cuts where there are curves and the pressure of the fingers round it. After basting, ironed to set the form and then remove basting and papers. 
For round parts at all, I make a basting around .... 
then throw the yarn to pucker and it is so very little round ... 
For just being left. The trunks are brown wool.
And here is already pressing and no papers, ready to sew a hidden stitch.

Bordando willows to stitch with two strands of DMC green .... 
And here and you can see the whole. I put a couple of trees with application and a pair of willows on either side of the house.
now (I forgot the photo) prepare a fabric for the back and a little batting. We approached our project with the fabric inside out, put the batting and machine-sew leaving an opening on one side for turning.
also have to prepare a strip of about 18 cm long.
for that cut a strip of 2.5 x 18 cm, fold over and sew by machine, leaving the sides without sewing, we'll turn around and well ironed.
The fold in half and make the triangle that I show here .....
We put it on the side we had no sewing and close. At this time we have the rectangle prepared and sewn on all sides.
Now a big scallop around the linen. I've done it with a dark gray Valdani . 
And a bit padded. The fabric of pictures with a Valdani green and the linen with one clearly. I made pad type Vero . 
Y. ... Finally a complete picture, it is so!
I put in the kitchen, decorating wooden shelves and it looks great as a border or big one does not have to be covered basket on the force, you can search for any other purpose.

of Back and Cross, along with their parents had a booth with works of art.
