As with the models earlier as the P168, these phones have the problem that when we get a call or SMS, in one of the two cases we do not recognize the name of the person from the agenda.
This is because you recognize the prefix and one without.
To fix this we just have to place two phone numbers in the phonebook entry (eg a mobile and a house), one should be no prefix and the other it must have it. For example +34 in one and the other does not.
in doubt just enough to ask the person to call us and send us a message to see that it recognizes the phone number.
